storage facilities for both containerized furniture and records are climate controlled and secured by state-of-the-art Central Station alarm systems.

The buildings are fully protected by  smoke and heat sensors, as well as a high-tech sprinkler system.

All record storage and storage containers are bar coded before entering the warehouse to insure easy access when customers require retrieval of furniture, records or documents. These bar codes are kept up to date on our computer system to allow easy access to these records quickly.

Within minutes files can be found and sent via fax or delivered to the client directly.

Access to our facilities is easy in the New York Metropolitan area. ESM has vehicles daily in Manhattan, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
